Mobile
Android clients:
1. Open the Settings application ("Settings") from your home screen.
2. Select Site Settings.
3. Select Pop-ups and redirects.
4. Switch to Allowed.
Iphone clients:
1. Open the Settings application in iOS.
2. Select Safari.
3. Change the check box next to Block pop-up windows to OFF.
PC
Chrome (Mac or Windows):
1. click on the "Modify and control Google Chrome" menu (i.e., the three dots in the upper right corner).
2. Select Settings.
3. Click on "Cutting Edge" at the bottom.
4. Under "Protection and security", click on "Content settings".
5. Select Pop-ups and redirects.
6. To disable the pop-up blocker, uncheck the Blocked (suggested) box.
Safari (Mac)
1. From the menu, select Preferences.
2. Click on "Sites" at the top of the window.
3. Select Popup Windows.
4. To disable the pop-up blocker, select "Allow" next to "When visiting different sites.
Internet Explorer 9 and later (Windows)
1. Click on the GEAR symbol and select Internet Options.
Select the Privacy tab. Uncheck the Enable pop-up blocker option to weaken the pop-up blocker.
3. Click on the Settings button to disable the spring ups blocker for explicit pages.
4. Click OK.
Firefox (Windows)
1. Select the three even bars in the upper right corner.
2. Select Options.
3. Select "Protection and security".
4. To disable the spring up blocker, uncheck the "Square spring up windows" checkbox under Permissions.
5. Close the window.
6. Click OK.
Firefox (Mac)
1. Select Preferences from the Firefox menu.
2. Select "Protection and Security".
3. To disable the spring up blocker, uncheck the "Square spring up windows" checkbox under Permissions.
4. Close the window.
