How to turn off VoiceOver on Mac

If you have activated it by mistake and now want to deactivate it, all you have to do is access the settings of your smartwatch and act from there or, alternatively, use the application Watch your iPhone.
In the first case, press on Digital Crown (the side wheel of your Apple Watch) to access the menu of applications installed on the watch and access the Settings of watchOS, by pressing the icon of the rotella d'ingranaggio.
