To use it for your purpose, first call up the Run using the key combination Win + R. Then type the command dxDiag in the field that you find next to the item You open: in the pop-up window on the desktop and press the button OK or that one Submit on the keyboard.
If at this point you see a warning about verifying the driver signature appear on the screen, click on the button Yes and wait a few moments for the validity of the graphics drivers to be checked via the Internet.
Once the DxDiag main window appears on your desktop, select the tab Screen and in correspondence with the wording Your name: you will find indicated the name of the video card installed on your Windows 10 PC. Under the name of the video card, you will also find the name of the manufacturer, the type of chip and the amount of total memory and shared memory on which the GPU.
Via System Information
Another system you have on your side to find out the name of the video card in use on your Windows 10 PC and other related info is to take advantage of System Inforamtion, a tool included in Windows which, as can be deduced from the name itself, allows you to know every detail about the system in use and the peripherals connected to the computer.
To get the info you need, all you have to do is type in the search field attached to the taskbar information system. Then select the relevant result from those you see appearing in the list that opens and wait for the relevant window to be visible on the screen.
At this point, expand the menu Components on the left by clicking on the button "+" that you find next to us, select the item Screen and, in the right part of the window you will find all the details of your interest: the full name of the video card, the description, the type, the drivers installed, etc.

Which? Well, the ones you find below, which in my opinion represent some of the best in the category.
CPU-Z
The first software that I invite you to consider to see the video card on Windows 10 is CPU-Z. This is a famous no-cost program that allows you to get a complete overview of all the hardware components inside the PC: processor, motherboard, RAM and so on, graphics card included. It is very easy to use and offers precise information.
You ask me how to use it for your purpose? I'll point it out to you right away. First, connect to the program's website and press the button SETUP • ENGLISH then press the button DOWNLOAD NOW! on the page that appears, in order to start the CPU-Z download.
When the download is complete, open the .exe file obtained, click on Run, its Si and select the item I accept the agreement then press on Next four times in a row. Then press on install e porta a finish il setup by pigging your Finish.
Then start the program by double clicking on the relative icon that has been added to the desktop and click on Si. To find out which video card is in use on your Windows 10 PC, select the card Graphics and you can get the info you need.

In that case, the suggestion I can give you is to turn to Sys Inforamtion. It is a free software thanks to which it is possible to monitor the main operating parameters of the computer hardware components, including the graphics card, and view them in a single screen. Even in this case, the tool is very simple to use.
To use it, first connect to the download page of the program on the website of Softpedia and click on the pulse Download which is at the top left. In the window that appears, click on the button Softpedia Secure Download (US) - x86 (if you're using 10-bit Windows 32) or that Softpedia Secure Download (US) - x64 (if you are using Windows 10 64-bit), in order to download the software to your PC.
When the download is complete, open the .msi file obtained and click on Run and Next. Another great tool that you can use to see the video card on Windows 10 is AIDA64. It is perhaps the most complete application for knowing the hardware and software characteristics of the computer on the square. Unlike the solutions I have already told you about, it is a paid program but can be tried for free for 30 days (as I did to write this step), after which registration is required to continue using.
To use it, connected to the download page of the program and presses the link download.aida64.com. When the download is complete, extract the ZIP archive obtained in any location on your computer and start the .exe file contained within it.
Then click on Si, Then OK and expand the drop-down menu Video Card which is in the left part of the program window appeared on the desktop by clicking on the button "+".
