How to deactivate TIMMUSIC Platinum
The procedure for deactivate TIMMUSIC varies according to the payment method used when activating the subscription. If you are a TIM customer, you can access the MyTIM area with the data associated with your line and deactivate the automatic renewal of the subscription from there.
If, on the other hand, you are not a TIM customer or have chosen to pay for the service by credit card or PayPal, you can request the deactivation of TIMMUSIC Platinium (the name of the subscription version of TIMMUSIC) through the app or the official website of the service. Here are all the details.
Give smartphone and tablet
The simplest solution for deactivate TIMMUSIC from smartphones and tablets, if you have chosen to pay by debit on the invoice or through the remaining credit of your SIM, proceed through the app MyTIM, available for Android and iOS devices, which allows you to manage your TIM line at 360 degrees and proceed with the deactivation of the services active on it.
After downloading the MyTIM app from your device's store, start it and, if you haven't already done so, log into your account by tapping the button Login. Now, make sure that the is indicated at the top telephone number to which you have associated TIMMUSIC, then press the icon of four squares, visible in the menu located at the bottom, and choose the option No crew give the menu to compare.

In the new screen displayed, press the ☰ button located at the top left, choose the item Settings from the menu that appears and tap on the option Profile. Now, tap on the item Subscriptions, fai tap sul pulsating Disable, to disable the automatic renewal of your subscription, and confirm your intention by pressing the button Yes.
If everything went well, you will see the message on the screen We have taken charge of the deactivation of the service, indicating that your request to deactivate the TIMMUSIC subscription has been taken care of. Once the automatic renewal of TIMMUSIC has been deactivated, you will be able to continue using the service until the expiry date of the subscription.
It will be useful to know that you give it Settings of your account, you can also delete the payment method associated with the latter (the one used when activating the subscription). To proceed, press the ☰ button again, select the options Settings e Profile and, in the new open page, tap on the item Payment instruments.
Then click on the option Delete related to your payment card or your PayPal account and tap the button Confirmation, to complete the removal.

In the new screen that appears, choose the tab MyTIM Fixed (top right) if you have associated TIMMUSIC with your home line, locate the box My line and click on your voice Active services and offers. Therefore, identify TIMMUSIC in the list of active services and click on the relative deactivation button, to terminate your subscription.
If, on the other hand, you have associated TIMMUSIC with your mobile number, after logging in to the MyTIM area, make sure you have selected the tab MyTIM Mobile and press on the item Services. Now, locate the option TIMMUSIC, click on the relevant button disable And that's it.
How do you say? Have you activated TIMMUSIC but you are not a TIM customer? In this case, you can deactivate your subscription at any time by connecting to the official website of the music streaming service.
To log into your account, click on the button Log in visible under the heading Already have a Platinum account?, enter your login details in the fields Email e Password, place a check mark next to the option I'm not a robot, to verify your identity, and click on your button Log in. If you are a TIM customer and have activated a subscription TIMMUSIC Platinum by charging the invoice or using the remaining credit of your SIM, you must know that you can deactivate the automatic renewal of the service at any time, even by calling TIM customer service.
If you are a TIM customer on a landline, pick up your phone, dial the number 187 and, after listening to the welcome message, press the button 1, in order to have information on active offers on the numbering in use. Automatically, your call will be transferred to a physical operator, to whom you can make your request to deactivate TIMMUSIC.
If, on the other hand, you are a TIM customer on a mobile line, the number you need to call is 119. After starting the call and listening to the welcome message, listen carefully to the instructions of the voice guide and press the suggested combination of keys, to speak with a real TIM operator. Finally, if you are a TIM mobile customer with a rechargeable plan, please note that you can call the free number 40916 and disable active promotions on your line in complete autonomy. Then take your phone, dial the number in question and start the call by pressing the icon of handset. After hearing the welcome message, press the key 1, to access the section dedicated to the offers and services active on your line, and press the key suggested by the guide to deactivate TIMMUSIC.
In case of problems
