Deactivate Recall Vodafone via the Do it yourself area
If you prefer to deactivate Recall Vodafone through the Do-it-yourself area of the operator's website, the area of the famous operator's website through which customers can manage everything concerning their SIM directly online, the first thing you need to do is to click here to link to the main page of Vodafone.com.
Once the web page is displayed, presses the green button Log in located at the top right and enter the login data relating to your Vodafone account by completing the fields Inserisci username e Enter password. Then press the button Log in. If you do not have access data to the DIY area of the Vodafone site because you have not yet registered, you can easily fix it by pressing the black button Subscribe instead of on the button Log in, filling in the fields displayed with the requested data and following the simple wizard that is shown on the screen.
Then wait a few moments for your personal area on Vodafone.com to be shown, then press on the voice Active promotions annexed to the section Your SIM. On the new page that will open, press the button + placed next to the item Services to not miss your calls, then locate the item Recall on busy and click on the button Manage which is placed next to it. Proceed by following the instructions shown on the screen to confirm your desire to deactivate the service.
Then go back to the section Services to not miss your calls in the Do-it-yourself area of the Vodafone site, locate the item Recall to off or unreachable and click sul pulsating Manage. Then follow the instructions that are shown on the screen to confirm your desire to deactivate the service.
After having carried out all the steps by which to deactivate Recall Vodafone you should receive a reply SMS on your mobile number indicating that the procedure was actually successful.
Clearly, if you have second thoughts, you can always cancel the procedure by which to deactivate Recall Vodafone by re-enabling the service. As an alternative to the system to deactivate Recall Vodafone that I have just proposed, you can use the My Vodafone app, the official application of the telephone operator through which you can keep all the details regarding your number under control, add additional services or, precisely, deactivate them.
To deactivate Recall Vodafone using the My Vodafone app, the first thing you need to do is download the application to your device. If you have already downloaded the app on your smartphone or tablet you can go directly to reading the next paragraph, otherwise proceed as follows. To download the My Vodafone app, press the app store icon available on your smartphone or tablet, type my vodafone in the displayed search field and presses Submit on the keyboard visible on the screen. Then, select the app with the icon depicting the operator logo from the list that is shown to you and then press the button to download and install it on your device. The My Vodafone application is available for devices iOS, for devices Android and for devices Windows Phone.
Now start the My Vodafone application on your device by tapping on its icon and then press the button depicting three horizontal lines located at the top right and choose the item Offers already active attached to the menu that is shown to you. Then press on the arrow placed next to the item Services to not miss your calls then locate the item Recall on busy and presses the button Manage placed below. Then, follow the simple instructions visible on the screen to confirm your willingness to complete the procedure by which to deactivate Recall Vodafone.
Then go back to the section Services to not miss your calls in the Do-it-yourself area of the Vodafone site, locate the item Recall to off or unreachable and click sul pulsating Manage. Then follow the instructions that are shown on the screen to confirm your desire to deactivate the service.
Once you have completed all the procedure to deactivate Recall Vodafone, you should receive a reply SMS on your mobile number indicating the fact that the operation has actually been successful.
